1. Our Services

BYDTRND Studio provides AI-generated UGC-style video ads, product animations, and related creative content for clients, as described on our Pricing page. Deliverables, timelines, and revisions are governed by the specific package or agreement you purchase.

2. Bookings and Payments

Calls booked through our site are for discussing your project and are not a guarantee of service until a package is purchased or an agreement is confirmed. Payments are processed securely through PayPal. Pricing shown on our site is subject to change; the price confirmed at time of purchase applies. Subscription plans (e.g. Keep It Cooking) renew automatically each billing cycle and can be cancelled anytime through your PayPal account.

3. Ownership of Deliverables

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, once a project is paid for in full, the finished video content becomes the property of the client to use across their own marketing channels. BYDTRND Studio retains no ongoing usage rights to delivered final assets unless explicitly agreed.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse our site, attempt to disrupt its functioning, or use content from our site (including reels, images, or copy) without permission for purposes unrelated to evaluating our services.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including but not limited to our AI-generated creative assets, branding, copy, and design — is the property of BYDTRND Studio and may not be reproduced without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided on an "as-is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BYDTRND Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our site or services.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
